Returns on handmade leather goods are exceedingly rare. We aim to deliver products of the highest quality and craftsmanship. 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Please note, refunds are only provided for verified issues with the item. Customized handmade orders are made specifically for you and are non-returnable. We do not offer refunds without a valid reason.

EXCHANGES

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
